Project TEACH

Project TEACH is an innovative program funded by the New York State Office of Mental Health. The goal of the program is to strengthen and support the ability of pediatric primary care providers (PCPs) to integrate behavioral health into primary care settings for children, youth, and their families facing mild to moderate mental health conditions.

Emergency Room Diversion

This webinar provides information on an Emergency Room Diversion partnership with the area’s two largest skilled nursing facilities. The program allows BlueCross BlueShield members requiring hospitalization to be diverted to these facilities for services that include fractures, wound care, infectious disease/IV antibiotics or care for a number of other chronic and debilitating conditions.
