Emergency Room Diversion

This webinar provides information on an Emergency Room Diversion partnership with the area’s two largest skilled nursing facilities. The program allows BlueCross BlueShield members requiring hospitalization to be diverted to these facilities for services that include fractures, wound care, infectious disease/IV antibiotics or care for a number of other chronic and debilitating conditions.
