Creating an online provider account with your own login and password gives you easy access to important updates such as payment and incentive information and patient benefits. We’ve outlined some of the resources found on the BlueCross BlueShield secure provider portal, along with instructions for creating an account.

An online account will give you access to an array of important password-protected resources, including:

Look Up Patient Benefits

  • Dental Lookup - Enter a patient’s ID to view their dental coverage
  • Plan Participation -  Search to find your participation in coverage plans and coverage plan networks based on your specific practice location

Access Our Communications

We frequently link to provider portal tools and resources in our monthly Blue Bulletin, quarterly CMO Pulse, and regular email communications. Having an online provider account will allow you to access this information.

Create an Online Account Today

If you already have a HEALTHeNET account, you can use your credentials to log in to the secure provider portal directly on the BlueCross BlueShield website.

You can create a provider account by signing up for HEALTHeNET. Once registered with HEALTHeNET you will be able to log in to the HEALTHeCOMMUNITY portal. On the HEALTHeCOMMUNITY portal, you can log directly on to the secure BlueCross BlueShield dashboard through the badge or continue on to HEALTHeNET through the HEALTHeNET badge.
