Provider Tools and Resources Remaining on the Legacy Website

As previously announced, our legacy provider website will be decommissioned on February 1, 2023, at which point you will be redirected to the Highmark Provider Resource Center (PRC). All provider information, tools, and resources will be accessible through the PRC.

Despite this change, you will still be able to access several tools and pages on our legacy website.

Secure (Password-protected) Provider Portal

The following tools will still be available on the secure provider portal (your dashboard):

  • Risk Manager
  • Create a Report (practice-specific information)
  • My Coverage Plan Participation
  • HEALTHeNET and your legacy secure portal by clicking the Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York tile.

Other tools and resources previously found on the legacy provider website will be available via NaviNet (password-protected) or the PRC (public).

Please note: Fee schedules are now available only on NaviNet.

Dental/United Concordia Dental (UCD) Information

Dental information will remain on the legacy website here. You can bookmark this page URL or use the link to this page on the left sidebar menu on the Highmark PRC under “Dental.”

  • Credentialing and Enumeration for Nurse Practitioners and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists
    Beginning January 1, nurse practitioners will have the option to be fully credentialed as a primary care provider (PCP), specialist, or enumerated in either role. Certified registered nurse anesthetists will have to option to credential as a specialist or be enumerated in the reimbursement system only.
