2020 BestPractice Performance Adjustment Factor Updates Available

Contracts affected: Commercial and Medicare Advantage

BestPractice Performance Adjustment Factor (PAF) updates for 2020 will be available April 1 on our secure provider portal for primary care providers.

BestPractice PAFs are reviewed twice a year, and your updated PAF will be reflected in your BestPractice payments beginning July 1, 2020. Your updated PAF will be applied to both your BestPractice Commercial and Medicare Advantage attributed members.

Visit the link below on April 1 (you’ll need to log in) to review your new PAF. If you have any questions, please contact your practice account manager.
