Blue Discounts is an exclusive discount program for Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York commercial members. With Blue Discounts, you can save money on healthy activities, events, meals, products from in-store and online retailers, monthly subscriptions, and more.

You can access an up-to-date list of participating merchants at bcbswny.com/discounts. 

It’s easy to redeem your discounts. Visit bcbswny.com/discounts, search for offers that interest you (search by location, offer type, and more).  When visiting a participating merchant, show your member ID card, and get your discount.

You can use a discount offer as many times as you'd like throughout the duration of the program.

Some merchants may require you to present your member ID card to redeem your discount. To find out which merchants require member ID cards, visit bcbswny.com/discounts.

No, the offers do not have any cash value.

No, the offers may not be used with other discounts, coupons or gift certificates.
