- Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) is a recurrent type of depression, occurring yearly, generally beginning in the fall, and continuing through the winter months. This is caused by the decrease in sunlight. SAD affects approximately 5% of the population, and is more prevalent in women and people who live further from the equator. During this seminar, you will learn: ��� What is SAD? ��� How do I know if you have it? ��� What you can do to beat the winter blues? Note: Please include your email address.
