To best meet the needs of our members and community, and keep everyone safe, we are now offering our meetings in a virtual setting. Look under "location" to see if this meeting is being held virtually or in-person. Before your registered virtual event, you will receive an email with instructions a link to the event.

Our Healthy Blue Seminars are just one more way we work to provide individuals with the resources and information they need to live their healthiest lives.
- Free classes on a variety of topics to help you stay healthy.
- Classes range from how to prevent falls, putting a stop to diabetes, ways to take care of your mental health and more.
