Our Operations team is made up of more than 600 employees from the mailroom, Claims Processing, Customer Service, Billing and Enrollment.

Network Operations

We are responsible for recruiting and contracting with doctors and other health facilities, developing Pay for Performance programs, and much more.

We ensure efficient use of organizational resources, whether that be in up-front decision making or downstream project delivery.
