Started as a temporary employee and enjoyed working for the company. She applied for and was hired as a Clerk Typist on the Billing and Enrollment team in 1989. She felt that that role gave her a deeper understanding of the company and its values. She also worked as a Microfilm operator and in various Customer Service roles eventually becoming a Senior Customer Service Representative. This year, Chanelle took on a new role as Cooperative Process Coordinator.
The thing Chanelle likes most about working for BlueCross BlueShield of WNY is “the diversity of the workforce and its contributions to the community.” She is inspired at work by helping people and solving problems for both internal external customers.
