Our Healthy Blue Seminars are a series of complimentary events that provide information on helpful tools and resources related to nutrition, health and wellness and retirement planning. Below is a list of upcoming events. Seating is limited. Register online to guarantee your spot.



Nutrition: Reading the New Food Label

Understanding food labels is the key to smart shopping, but changes to the existing Nutrition Facts label will begin in 2018. Why are the changes necessary? What information will change? What will the new label look like? How do you read the new label?  Join us as we decode the new Nutrition Facts label.

Registration is not required, but by signing up, we can notify you of any changes to meeting dates or times. To meet with one of our knowledgeable benefit consultants about our Medicare Advantage plans, stop in to one of our Medicare Centers during the hours listed above. To schedule an appointment, call 1-800-248-9296 (TTY: 711) between the hours of 8am- 8pm, Monday through Friday.
