How Do I Check My Claim Status?

You can view most of your claims online following the instructions below.

Please note that you cannot view claims for covered dependents or your spouse who are 18 and over. These dependents will need to create their own online account to view their claims.

To View Your Drug Claims:

  1. In the Online Services box which appears on the Online Services login page, enter your user ID and password and click “Logon”. If you have not yet registered, click here.
  2. Click on the “Medco Pharmacy” button above the Welcome message.
  3. Use the menu selection on the left side of the screen to select “Claims and Balances”. This will show your prescription claim details and mail order payment details.
  4. Click on the "Prescription history" tab to view a history of all your prescriptions purchased at a retail pharmacy or through mail order.
  5. You may also order mail order prescriptions online through this site, find out additional information about a particular medication, and price the cost of a drug – just use the menu on the left side of the screen.

To View Your Medical or Dental Claims:

  1. In the Online Services box which appears on the Online Services login page, enter your user ID and password and click “Logon”. If you have not yet registered, click here.
  2. Click on the “eServices” button above the Welcome message.
  3. A new window will open. On the left side of the new window, click on “Claims Inquiry ”.
  4. Displayed on the screen will be a drop down list of your name and any dependents you have under the age of 18. Click on the name of the individual whose claims you want to view.
  5. Select “Medical” or “Dental” from the “Claim Type” drop down list.
  6. Select the date range you would like to see claims for.
  7. Click “Find” to display claims.
  8. To view a new claims listing, click “Clear Form”, and follow steps 4-7.
